When do Culturebox Club orders ship?
Culturebox Club orders ship on the 15th day of the month. We do have cutoff dates for ordering. Learn more about cutoff dates below.
What is the difference between a subscription and joining a club?
There are three ways to buy wine and spirits on Culturebox:
- Buy as many bottles as you'd like without subscribing, and we'll ship them to you one time.
- Subscribe to your favorite wine or spirits for 2, 3, or 4 months and we'll ship it to you or someone else each month (billed monthly, not prepaid).
- Join our wine or spirits club for 3 or 6 months and we will ship a premium wine or spirit to you or someone else for the period you selected. Culturebox Clubs are prepaid.
Can I choose the type of wine or spirit I want?
No, at this time we thoughtfully make selections for our wine and spirits clubs. If you'd prefer a specific type of wine or spirit, you can purchase any brand one time or subscribe to it!
What is the cutoff date for ordering this month?
A cutoff date is the last day to order before the upcoming month's shipment. The cutoff day is the 10th of any given month. For example, if you subscribe on 1/9 you will receive the 1/15 shipment. If you subscribe on 1/11, your products will ship on 2/15.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can manage your subscription on our customer portal. We send an email to every subscriber giving them access to our customer portal. On our portal, you can log in and manage all aspects of your subscription. Log in is in the upper right corner of the page.
Can I return products I don't like?
Generally, all sales are final given the nature of the products. However, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll see what we can do to help.
What if I have an allergy to wheat/gluten, etc?
Many spirits such as whiskey, gin, vodka, liqueurs, etc., contain wheat/gluten. So, please be cautious and purchase/consume products at your own risk.
Can I order corporate gift subscriptions on Culturebox?
